Delete your account

You can delete your Rentle account at any time, in the app or by email.

In the app

1. Open the Rentle app and log in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Choose Delete account.
4. Confirm twice. You are logged out straight away.

Without the app

No longer have the app? Email support@userentle.com from the email address of your account, with "Delete account" as the subject. We delete your account within 30 days and let you know when that is done.

What happens to your data

After deletion you can no longer log in.

Some data we still have to keep for a while: data about bookings and payments because of the statutory retention period for accounting records, and the videos of the condition of a piece and the messages of a booking for as long as a dispute about it can arise. We use that data for nothing else. The periods that apply are in the privacy policy.

We delete all other data within 30 days.
